This page explains how Triggerize Studio uses AI, how users remain in control, how data is handled, and how WorldEmp Holding B.V. manages responsible AI under applicable standards and European legislation.
Roles and responsibilities
Triggerize is the operating trade name and execution label through which WorldEmp Holding B.V. provides, manages and operates the Triggerize Studio application.
Triggerize Studio is the software application in which AI-assisted marketing functionality is made available to users.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. owns and operates Triggerize Studio, including the related intellectual property, assets, governance framework and provider relationships, and is responsible for the associated operational, compliance and legal risk management, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
1. Where we use AI
AI supports Triggerize Studio features such as research, content generation, keyword analysis, recommendations, AI visibility analysis, personas and content planning.

AI assists users but does not replace their judgement. Users can review, edit, approve, reject or discard AI-assisted output before use or publication.
2. Transparency when using AI
Where users interact with AI functionality or receive AI-assisted output, Triggerize Studio aims to provide clear and proportionate notices explaining that AI is being used and what the output is intended to support.
3. Human control
Triggerize Studio is designed around human oversight: AI-generated marketing content should be reviewed before it is used or published.
Users remain responsible for deciding whether generated content, analysis and recommendations are accurate, lawful, appropriate and suitable for the intended use before relying on, publishing or acting on them.
Where AI functionality could have a greater impact on individuals or organisations, WorldEmp Holding B.V. may apply additional controls, restrict functionality or require additional review before making that functionality available.
4. AI providers
WorldEmp Holding B.V. uses selected third-party AI providers to provide AI functionality within Triggerize Studio.
WorldEmp Holding B.V.’s principal AI providers currently include:
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI: used for generative AI and related language-model functionality.
- Mistral AI: used for selected AI and LLM-related functionality, including visibility analysis.
The specific models used may change over time as models improve, providers update their services, or WorldEmp Holding B.V. identifies models better suited to particular tasks.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. aims to select and periodically review providers and configurations against requirements for security, privacy, performance, contractual safeguards, data governance and responsible AI use.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. sends AI providers only the information necessary to perform the requested functionality.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. does not use customer data to train third-party foundation models.
Use of AI providers is subject to the applicable privacy, security and data-processing safeguards.
5. Accuracy & limitations
Artificial intelligence is probabilistic and can make mistakes.
AI-generated content, analysis and recommendations may:
- contain factual inaccuracies or outdated information;
- rely on incomplete information or misinterpret context;
- omit relevant information; or
- produce language or recommendations that are not appropriate for every situation.
AI-generated content should therefore be treated as assistance rather than an authoritative source.
Users should review important factual, commercial, legal, technical or regulatory information before relying on or publishing AI-generated output.
Visibility scores, recommendations and similar metrics are estimates based on available information, methodologies and third-party sources. They do not guarantee search rankings, visibility in AI-generated answers, traffic, leads, conversions or other commercial outcomes.
6. Your data
Where AI functionality involves personal data, that processing is subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and, where WorldEmp Holding B.V. processes personal data on behalf of a customer, the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Depending on the relevant functionality, Triggerize Studio may process information such as:
- prompts, instructions and user-supplied content;
- website, domain, keyword and topic information;
- generated output; and
- information required to provide or evaluate the requested result.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. applies data minimisation and purpose-limitation principles and aims to provide AI systems only with information that is necessary, relevant and proportionate for the requested task.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. does not sell customer data or provide customer data to third-party AI providers for the purpose of training their general-purpose foundation models.
7. AI records & accountability
WorldEmp Holding B.V. maintains appropriate technical and operational records relating to the use of AI within Triggerize Studio.
Depending on the feature and applicable requirements, these may include information about:
- AI functionality, model or provider information;
- relevant prompts, instructions, outputs and activity records; and
- user actions associated with AI-assisted workflows.
Such information may be retained where necessary for security, troubleshooting, quality assurance, accountability or compliance purposes and is subject to applicable retention policies.
8. Responsible AI & governance
WorldEmp Holding B.V. takes a structured approach to the responsible development, operation and use of artificial intelligence within Triggerize Studio.
The AI governance processes applied by WorldEmp Holding B.V. are designed with reference to ISO/IEC 42001 for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS), including governance, risk assessment, control selection, monitoring, review and continual improvement.
Triggerize Studio has been developed by WorldEmp India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of WorldEmp Holding B.V. WorldEmp India Pvt. Ltd. is certified under ISO/IEC 42001. This supports structured governance, development and management practices for Triggerize Studio, but does not by itself certify Triggerize Studio, Triggerize or WorldEmp Holding B.V.
Internal AI governance responsibilities include approving AI use cases, evaluating providers, reviewing risks, monitoring controls and handling AI-related issues.
Controls include intended-purpose and risk assessment, human oversight, transparency, provider review, privacy, security, data governance, documentation and periodic improvement review.
These practices support structured AI governance but do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, lawful or risk-free, and do not constitute ISO/IEC 42001 certification of Triggerize Studio, Triggerize or WorldEmp Holding B.V., unless expressly stated.
9. EU AI Act
The EU AI Act introduces different obligations depending on the type of AI system, its intended purpose, the parties involved and the level of risk.
For each relevant AI-enabled feature, WorldEmp Holding B.V. assesses whether it acts as provider, deployer, importer, distributor or another relevant role under the EU AI Act. This role assessment is documented and reviewed when functionality, providers, intended use, user groups or regulatory guidance materially change.
WorldEmp Holding B.V. assesses its role and obligations for relevant AI functionality offered through Triggerize Studio and aims to implement applicable requirements in line with the relevant legal timelines, transitional periods, regulatory guidance and documented risk assessments available at the time of implementation.
Not every use of AI within Triggerize Studio is subject to the same requirements.
Triggerize Studio is not intended to be used for prohibited AI practices or high-risk AI use cases unless such functionality has first been separately assessed, approved and controlled in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Marketing-support functionality is reviewed against the EU AI Act risk framework to determine whether additional obligations apply.
Where EU AI Act obligations apply, they are assessed, documented and translated into proportionate product, process and governance controls.
