1. Where we use AI
AI powers several features. In each case it produces suggestions and drafts — a person stays in control of what is used or published.
| Feature | What the AI does | Human control |
|---|---|---|
| Onboarding agents | Analyse your website to suggest keywords, competitors, and prompts | You confirm before anything is saved |
| Content generation | Draft blog, LinkedIn, email, and newsletter copy | Review → approve → publish; nothing auto-publishes |
| Keyword intent | Classify keywords by intent | Editable by you |
| Recommendations | Suggest prioritised SEO/GEO actions | Advisory only |
| LLM visibility scoring | Estimate whether your brand is cited by AI engines | Informational metric |
| Personas | Help shape tone and audience for content | Require human sign-off |
2. You’re told when you’re working with AI
We disclose AI interaction in-product (for example, a notice on the AI onboarding flow), and AI-generated content is labelled as AI-assistedboth visibly and with a machine-readable marker embedded in the output — so it stays identifiable when exported. This meets the EU AI Act’s Article 50 transparency duties.
3. A human is always in the loop
AI never makes a final decision about you or your audience on its own. Content moves through an explicit review and approval step before it can be published, and only privileged roles can approve. AI output can be edited, rejected, or discarded at any point.
4. Which models we use
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o) — hosted in the EU. Microsoft does not use your prompts or outputs to train its models.
- Mistral AI — EU-based (France), used for AI-visibility scoring.
We send models only the data needed for the task, and we do not use your data to train third-party foundation models.
5. Accuracy & limitations
AI can be wrong, out of date, or produce content that needs editing. Treat AI output as a starting point and review it before you rely on or publish it. Visibility scores are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Your data & your rights
AI processing of personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy, including your rights of access, correction, and erasure. We keep an internal record of material AI outputs and the human decisions on them so our AI use stays accountable and auditable.
7. Governance
Our AI use is managed under an AI governance framework aligned with the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001, including risk assessment, human-oversight controls, supplier due diligence, and staff AI-literacy training. Higher-risk uses (such as profiling of individuals) are assessed and gated before they can be enabled.
